95% of the criminal cases that police and I encounter are the direct result of the extreme abuse of alcohol.
Being blind drunk is not a defense to disorderly conduct, property damage, theft or other like charges.
If you choose to drink under the age of 21, drink responsibly and in moderation.
Vodka is not your friend. In fact, abusing hard alcohol just one time can have life altering effects.
