About My Law Practice
When I started my practice, the Law Office of Ronald F. Saupe, Esq., one of my primary goals was to work with Penn State students. That’s still one of my focuses today. I opened my office in State College in 2005, and I work with clients in Centre County and surrounding counties in Pennsylvania. I focus on criminal defense and helping students come out of college without a criminal record.
In addition to criminal law, I also work with clients on matters of real estate and serve as general counsel for small businesses. I can handle a variety of small business legal matters and estate administration issues, when necessary.

Defending Penn State Students
Being a student is harder than when I was an undergrad at Penn State. Too often, I see students being charged for infractions they shouldn’t be, which can affect them for the rest of their lives. Having charges expunged from your record can be difficult, and I hate seeing college students get charged with crimes that could be easily avoided.
It is important to hire an experienced attorney if you are charged with a crime. The right lawyer can help minimize the effects of criminal charges. For students who are about to start their career, one mistake can be life-altering. I am experienced in cases involving students and work hard to try and get you the best possible outcome.
When you come to my office, you work directly with me. As a solo attorney, I handle every case from start to finish and give each one the attention and time it deserves.
